Creative and innovative Mare Cladding System is the fastest and
most accurate mechanical installation method. Mare Cladding Plates
with two aluminum insert profiles embodied at their back, has
dimensional stability with two tenth of milimeters. System has
great advantage of implementation even through average staff when
the first line has been installed properly. Setting the first line
of plates has also a simple way by installing the insert profile
in complete length all through at the base. When the channel of
plate is inserted in the insert profile, than insert profile piece
to its upper channel shall be inserted which in tern be screwed to
the vertical carrying profile at their back. Then, the second line
plates shall be inserted to the first plates insert profile with
zero mistake and the system continues as such being minimum three
times faster than classical stone systems.
Further, Mare system involves fastest and accurate methods for
producing columns, joints, jamps , moldings etc. When we say
accurate a real accuracy is meant where 45° cut corners can be
installed as sharp (no light passing) corners or joints sizes does
not differ more than a 0.5 mm from each other etc…..
